Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 unable to detect 2nd second monitor

Hello, recently I bought a drawing tablet to be used as a second monitor. Unfortunately, I can't seem to be able to connect it with my Acer Nitro 5 laptop.

1. I don't think there's any problem with the tablet or cable set. I've tried connecting it to my old computer and it works just fine
2. I have also tried using an HDMI adapter in case my HDMI port is not working. But it doesn't work (I have checked to make sure all the USB port is working by trying the connection with my mouse)

I would appreciate it if anyone can give their opinion on this as I'm really bad at IT. Thanks!

What is the exact model of computer? Example AN515-55-58VH.
What is the exact model of the drawing tablet?

You have to connect either both USBs or a DC USB + HDMI as shown on the picture on the tablet website.

I've tried it. I have also confirmed all the cables ARE plugged in at the right port by asking some other XP-PEN user. However, the laptop still fails to detect the signal from my tablet.

When you plug in the tablet, are there any driver issues in the device manager?

I'm not sure how to check that but when I plug in the tablet, there's no troubleshoot notification. The only notification I got is something like 'Artist 15.6 pro is ready to run'

It's weird because my laptop knows that the tablet is already plugged in but couldn't detect it as a second monitor.

What happens when you install this driver? Are you using an extender or connecting directly to the usb port?

Nothing happens when I install the driver. At first, I tried plugging in the tablet with the driver already installed. When the screen shows no signal, I tried again after I uninstall the driver. Both methods don't work.

I've tried both the method you mentioned. I have tried using the extender and connecting directly to the USB port. None of it works.
