Can you get into the BIOS by pressing the F2 key? You need to get into advanced options and “Automatic Repair” on your laptop, to do that try these steps:
    1. Access Advanced Boot Options Windows 10 with Shift + Restart - another easy way to access Advanced Options window is through Shift + Restart. You can click Start -> Power, press and hold Shift key on the keyboard and click Restart button. This will take you into the Advanced Startup Options menu in Windows 10.
    2. Hit F11 to Access Advanced Startup Options Windows 10 - you can hit F11 key on the keyboard as soon as the computer powers on, and this can help you access Advanced Options menu in Windows 10.
    3. Turn Off and On Windows 10 PC 3 Times to Access Advanced Options - press the Power button on your computer to start your computer. When you see the Windows logo during booting, immediately press the Power button again to shut down the computer. Repeat the power-on and power-off operation 3 times. In the third restart, your computer should enter into Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).

    (1) Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off.
    (2) Unplug charger.
    (3) Insert paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom for about 30 seconds
    (4) Plug charger back in
    (5) Wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue
    (6) After charge LED turns steady blue, turn laptop on again

When you see the Windows logo during booting, immediately press the Power button again to shut down the computer. Repeat the power-on and power-off operation 3 times.

This is unsafe and can cause SSDs to corrupt on power loss, as demonstrated by the continuous flood of "No bootable device" errors on this forum, which occur disproportionally with SSDs, often after power loss. SSDs erase and rewrite blocks when any contents within a block are modified, storing them in volatile cache while rewriting. If the power is cut while writing to an SSD, blocks being rewritten will be destroyed. If the damage affected mapping tables, the SSD will become especially vulnerable to repeated incidents after the first power loss. SSD corruption on power loss can result in entire filesystems becoming irreversibly RAW, or the entire device being bricked.

A much superior method of interrupting the Windows startup and restarting, is to press Ctrl + Alt + Del. This does not damage the SSD. If that doesn't work, press Alt + F10 as soon as the computer begins to boot.

    Hi @chile,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

F9 will restore BIOS to factory default settings. Has worked for me before. Will need to reload any changes like Power On settings.
