Nitro 5 USB issue when powered off and quick access Power-Off USB Charging not working anymore

Until a recent windows update I haven't had this issue at all.

I have acer quick access and Power-Off USB Charging is enabled so that usb devices are turned off when you turn off the laptop.

Since yesterday when the last windows update happened (still on windows 10), the usb doesn't go off anymore even with
Power-Off USB Charging enabled in quick access.

Bug or what?

Was fine for months and suddenly stopped working.

Could mean the app needs fixing by Acer if others are having the same issue.
The update was just general windows 10 updates that get pushed automatically which I NEVER have issues with.

I should add I used to work in IT so this isn't be doing things wrong, this is the app not working right anymore.

@ukHeather you can try uninstalling the QuickAcess app and reinstall it again.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

That was the first thing I tried as an ex IT technician.
    Doesn't work.

It is totally broken now this usb on feature.
Drains the battery too as it clearly doesn't go off anymore.

Not hibernate or sleep nor any other power setting either.

I am going to try to uninstall it again and go into the reg.

That might fix it if it is an app issue. Might not be getting fully removed.
If others aren't having the same issue then it can't be a update that broke it as others would be experiencing it too.
    Must be something my end.

I am going to dig deeper and do a better uninstall than the one it does.

I will reply here later or tomorrow to see if it works.

    @ukHeather

There is something on the UEFI Bios called S4 something (will send the Picture later) try to disable that one.

    Try if it will work.

    Sadly still happening.

Was working fine for ages so no idea why it doesn't work anymore.
