Can the Acer Nitro 5 community members ask Acer to Update the BIOS for VRAM?

It's been bugging me that I cannot reduce the AMD integrated VRAM used out of my 8GB system RAM even though I have a separate dedicated graphics card. At this point, the bottleneck in my system is the RAM. some might ask me to upgrade, but that being aside I should have the right to change this VRAM as this is a basic feature available in most Laptops and PCs. I have seen several people in tis website and others such as Reddit looking for the same. At the time of buying I did not know Nitro did not have this BASIC feature or else I would not buy it.

If possible, please post screenshot of actual integrated GPU RAM usage vs. total shared RAM available in TaskManager's performance tab.
