Don't know why maybe first uninstall the old version at Program Files, also which OS are you running? As the Version: 3.01.3024 should work with Win-10 that Acer has on your models driver page, as for Win-11 you need version 3.01.3028 as that is the last version of NitroSense that works perfectly on my AN515-56 with Win-11.

I uninstalled the old version. I am running windows 10.
I downloaded the version that you suggeted but its still saying " sorry, your computer is not supported".
    What do i do now??

I searched Nitro Sense in my c drive ,there were some files related to Nitro sense. Should i delete all those related files and then retry installing???

@gamerkid when opening the Nitrosense installation folder, you should see a folder named plugs. Go into it and find the AN515-55 folder. Rename that folder by adding the last four digits and alphabet(like AN515-55-XXXX) of your model number (this can be found at the bottom of your laptop.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!
