It is not a good idea to mix single Rank and dual Rank modules, you have a JEDEC mismatch as well. You have to get a module with the exact specs, size, speed, CL, Rank  and the rest of the timings like your current one.

so it wont work if I mix different ram on my laptop?
is there any tolerance of spec differences that laptop can running?

It might work, it might not, but if it works it will be either unstable or not optimal.

Some RAM can be mismatch and it will run fine, but as you can see on the Timing Tables, they're not compatible with each other for having different "CAS# Latency."

As its pointed out above and especially with the top speed memory that your AN515-57 runs on the DDR4-3200Mhz the memory modules are critical, you can't have overclocked memory and the modules have to match preferably from the same manufactures (preferably) and with all similar timings and that is why your laptop does not boot. Best is to match the OEM Samsung memory exactly (if you can) as the "TEAMGROUP-SD4-3200" must have incompatible component's that don't work with your laptop, its always best to buy memory in compatible kit form 2x matching specs and size and also there is a good scan that you can use called "Crucial System Scanner" as that will give you all the compatible memory for your AN515-57.

Btw and just as a side note and info for you, I've done a Crucial scan on my AN515-56 (which is pretty much the same laptop) and Crucial recommend 64GB max RAM at 2x 32GB (Crucial 64GB Kit (2 x 32GB) DDR4-3200 SODIMM at DDR4 PC4-25600 • CL=22 • Dual Ranked • x8 based • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-3200 • 1.2V •) which I will look at upgrading later on but, what Crucial recommends for my AN515-56 that has the same spec Samsung 16GB RAM as your AN515-57 is their Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM which is a DDR4 PC4-25600 • CL=22 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-3200 • 1.2V • 2048Meg x 64 and it matches the TEAMGROUP (which means the TEAMGROUP i\s not compatible). Btw, I bought and upgraded to the 1x 16GB Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM for 32GB total memory RAM and it works perfectly in my AN515-56 with the 1x OEM Samsung DDR4-3200Mhz which should be exactly like your AN515-57 has.

If you experience a blank screen after upgrading memory in the Acer Nitro 5, try waiting for a few minutes after booting up, after putting the new memory in. I put two 16GB memory modules in, turned the computer on, and got a blank screen.
