gateway laptop stuck on start screen, alt+f10 doesnt work

i have a gateway laptop, the screen froze so i turned it off, then i turned it back on and its stuck on the gateway logo start screen, i looked online and it all came down to being able to use alt+f10 every time but that isnt working, does someone know what i can do to fix this? also the contact support for gateway directed me here as one of the options but i didnt see a category for gateway so sorry if this is the wrong place

i dont know if its important but i checked from when i got it and its a Gateway Notebook 15.6" FHD Laptop, AMD Ryzen 5 3450U, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 Home, Black, GWTN156-4BK

Can you access the bios? Then try resetting the bios by pressing f9 and then f10.
