nitro 5 an515-52 URGENT PLEASE HELP WITH MY 100% DISK USAGE

Hello, my laptop is acer nitro 5 an515-52 with i7 8th gen gtx 1050 8gb ram 1tb HDD and im facing problem which is my disk usage in the task manager is 100% with just 3 or 4 apps using 0.1 MB/s and it keep freezing. I tried many solutions and still didnt work and my hard is shown as ssd in the task manager(shown in the picture)
Solutions i tried
-download new windows
-scan with malwarebytes (8 detection detected and still now working) .
-stop windows search.
-reset virtual memory.
-disable all the startup apps.
-changed power plan from balance to high/ultimate performance .
-download all drivers and still not working.
-run chkdsk.
-download disk driver.

Go to TM at "Startup" and disable all startup apps that are using the CPU not the important ones that Wifi, Windows security as you don't need most startup apps as they are using memory and CPU usage. Also look your Intel Core i7-8750H should not in usage all the time, look at Intel's article "How to Fix High CPU Usage" as you have done most of what Intel suggests but certain CPU's do that and also it might be wise to upgrade the RAM to 16GB to take some load of your CPU as you must have some demanding apps installed. Check all that as 100% usage is strange as at idle with no usage the CPU should be at 15% to 25%.
