My laptop won't turn in.

Have tried these but didnt work:
1. Hold power key for 30 seconds

2. Briefly insert a pin into a tiny hole at the back

Note: After pressing the on button for 30 seconds, sometimes there's a brief flicker but then, nothing.

The most important is, what is the model of your laptop? Your faults could be with the charger not charging, powe port shortage, laptop internal charging circuitry shortages that trip the charger to not charge, battery needs replacing and/or connection problems to the mobo, faulty power key that stops the laptop from powering on or internal power circuitry issues that are burned out or shorted out that need analysing and replacing. Give us more details as there could be many things wrong.
