It aslo has audio issues when battery drops to 30%

    These drops are often caused by CPU throttling, a power-saving feature in Windows in which the CPU clock speed drops under load. You can prevent these drops by changing the power management settings in Windows, although you also may need to also disable the power management feature in your computer's BIOS.

    how do i change power management settings in bios, my laptop doesnot have settings related to power in bios menu

    There likely isn't an advanced mode in the BIOS. If there were you would use a CTRL-S in the Advanced tab. You were asking about the throttling that happens when the battery drops to 30% while running on battery, and that is usually adjusted in your Windows power plan.
