Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 high temperature on idle

Hello, i have a problem with my laptop.

Last month, i have high temp on idle and high fan RPM even if i am on battery and watching movies. That's a big problem for me, because battery life is now about 40 minutes... Like what is this? Last month i got 6-8 hours and now this? So i checked ThrottleStop program, and i saw a high PKG Power usage. 13-20 Watts on idle. I remember when i got 1-5 on idle  

There is screen from ThrottleStop, CPU is on 3-7% and everything is disabled (i checked task manager):

Hi @Vojtata,

On idle I have temperatures at 80-100 degrees, while gaming Nitro Sense says I am reaching over 150-190 degrees.
