CP311-3H Does Acer sell parts?

I have a client with a CP311-3H chromebook that is not charging.  It powers on, but will not recognize any charger connected to it.  After looking it over I found evidence of liquid damage to the main board, and she confirmed that some water was spilled on it.  Everything else functions but the charging port, but the battery is going to die soon and that will be it.  I have looked online, but the only 3rd party parts store to carry the board (NB.HUV11.001) does not have it in stock.  I found a board for the 64GB version, but it is a different layout.  Is it possible to purchase a part directly from Acer?  Her warranty expired in November, and I'm sure it wouldn't be covered anyways due to the liquid damage.  She is aware it would be an out-of-pocket expense.

Acer does sell parts, or points you to a vendor for your locale. Both the NB.HUV11.001 board and the NB.HUV11.003 boards will work, the only difference between the two is the size of the eMMC chip on the board. What won't work is a board from a different year, so it's not likely a board for the CP311-2H or -1H will work. Hers is new enough that the parts situation won't be great, everything is blocked up in the channel due to the COVID-19 stuff.
She might end up finding that the cost for a replacement board is essentially the same as a replacement system though...
