Predator 3000 Kingston doesn't recognize it's own part number

Got a new Predator 3000 PC that came with 2 sticks of Kingston RAM - KN8GB07057135136CCML00. Went to upgrade by installing a 32gb kit (Corsair Vengence) - system refused to boot with original and new RAM. Removed old RAM and after a minute, the system booted up - showing 32gb working. Powered off and removed the new ram and re-installed the original ram, booted up fine - showing 16gb. Powered off again - installed the new ram again - this time the old ram 2nd set of slots - system refused to boot, sits there for a couple minutes and then reboots. Removed the original ram, and went to Kingston.com to check the specs of the original ram - but according to the site, Kingston does not make the ram I have, I have tried the QR code and every part number found on the sticks - Kingston still claims that the ram part numbers are not theirs. Really just trying to compare the specs on the rams, to see why they refuse to work together.

Yeah, you have to take Crucial with a grain of salt. They are more interested in putting their highest priced offerings forward than giving you real compatibility information. The -630 might support XMP overclocking, I can't remember if it was the -630 or -640 that was going to be first. As you found you can't mix the two since all banks have to run at the same speed.

@SheltonMac the original RAM might be for OEMs so they do not resale it. You can check RAM's specs by using CPU-Z and take a screenshot for comparison.

Most of online sellers are selling duplicate ram.
If Kingston still claims that the ram part numbers are not theirs then its fake ram..
To confirm take picture your rams from both site and send it to Kingston customer care through email.
They will tell you if its original or fake

The Kingston part number on that stick is: ACR32D4U2S8HD-8X... Is your Predator a PO3-600, -620, -630 or -640? My guess is you weren't putting the modules in the right slots:

So you need to populate 16, 8, 16, 8.

I followed AnhEZ28's advice and ran CPU-Z with each pair of RAM installed (making sure that I had it: 16,8,16,8 didn't let it boot). Then I compared the two reports - seems that I have incompatible RAM (seen other places that say XMP RAM does not play with nonXMP RAM);

Yes, you can't use XMP memory. As you can see its base speed is 2133, so that's the fastest it will go without XMP overclocking.

well, I did find I can use XMP memory - but not with the original memory. I took the RAM back to Best Buy, and they refunded me for it - after the Geek Squad said that they don't carry any non-XMP DDR4 memory at all.

Funny that Crucial shows not only all their XMP memory being 100%, but also that my system can go to 128GB (compared to Acer saying 64GB);

I successfully upgraded the ram on my p03-630. I'm in Canada if that matters.

Here is the ram my p03-630 came with (slot 2 and 4) seen in the free program CPU-Z :

They worked! I put them in slots 1 and 3. Here is what the Kingston RAM looks like in CPU-Z. Nearly identical CL, and everything else matches. Hope this helps someone, I went through 2 sets of RAM (Corsair and Crucial) that didn't work before trying these cheap Kingston ones.

The 630 does not support XMP in the BIOS. I learned the hard way after buying XMP ram, that ended up running super slow. Luckily I found a good, non XMP stick of ram in above post that is compatible with the 630. Just posting this for more clarification around the XMP
