Green line on top of edited videos.

Hello, Acer community!
I do some basic video editing. I don't use any other product besides Microsoft Video Editor. And this is not a problem that happens every time, it's just some days and just with some videos. I download them from Zoom (all are zoom's calls). The video itself is good: good quality, no problems... but when I cut it with the Video Editor, it gives me a video with a green line on top of the video and really bad quality. The original file is not the problem, because I can use that same file on another computer and I don't have that problem. I tried directly with Microsoft but they said it's a problem with my Acer. Do any of you know what to do?   Thanks!

It is much more likely to be an issue with the software than anything to do with the hardware... It sounds like the editor is trying to compress the video too much. Take a look at those settings.
