Graphics glitches on Acer Inspire TC-1660

I originally had problems with web browser graphics glitches identical to this post (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/653384/tc-1660-and-acer-monitors-why-the-white-lines-and-small-blocks-missing-on-websites). As per the original post, upgrading my graphics drivers solved the problem with web browser icons.

However, I now have the issue when viewing PDF files when using VSCode's pdf viewer which is more annoying than the original issue (See screenshot below). Any help would be appreciated.

Hope the lastest Intel graphics driver updates within the past few days can solve your issue.

It looks more like a font issue to me... How well does Adobe Reader or Edge display the PDF?

I just remember that I had a similar problem that Clear Type wouldn't clear up. I finally did a "reset" in the search box then "KEEP MY FILES but remove apps and settings but keep my personal data"
This fixed mine but I had to re-install any store bought programs.
