Have you re-installed the drivers ?
It may be helpful to post the Printer/Scanner information
Also is this wireless or USB ?

The Veriton M2630G is a pretty old desktop that has an Intel 4th Gen CPU and supports 16GB max 2x 8GB of DDR3 1600/1333 SDRAM with Dual-channel architecture RAM, a RAM upgrade has nothing to do with your printer and scanner not working, also, what printer model and scanner model are you using? If they are of the same vintage then you might have problems with drivers in Win-10 especially for the printer as Win-10 does not have drivers for older types printers that are obsolete and for instance with an old scanner you can use a program called VueScan if you can't find a driver for your old scanner for Win-10 as that will work 100%. With old printers its different as Win-7 drivers dont work in Win-10 if you don’t have a Win-10 drivers from the manufacturer and Win-10 OS doesn’t have a driver for this old printer.

If the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Is it on a wired or wireless network instead?
