i have had my Acer Predator G3-572 since february 2018, last summer i started having problems when i plug it out of the charger, it didn't stay long and shut off after about 5 minutes, i figured the problem was with the battery and i had it replaced, it worked fine for a couple weeks until last week, i started having the same problem again, i noticed the "on charge" light was blinking instead of staying static, i googled the symptoms and have tried everything suggested based from similar experiences' solutions, they suggested to do a battery reset through the pinhole on the back but that didn't solve the problem, they also said to check the switch on the board below the ram and it also didn't seem to be the problem for me, does anyone of you have any other suggestions to solve this problem i am facing?

    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
