WARRENTY DISPUTE, ALSO SHOWS SERIAL NUMBER NUMBER NOT VALID. JUST 1 DAY I BROUGHT THIS. :(

Sorry, we are unable to locate this serial number. IT SHOWS DURING PRODUCT REGISTRATION.

IF I TRY TO CHECK FROM WARRANTY FROM OFFICIAL SITE IT SHOWS WARRANTY ALREADY STARTED FROM OCTOBER MONTH BUT I PURCHASE THIS ON 29TH JANUARY 2022. THIS IS MY FIRST PURCHASE FROM ACER. NEED HELP

    Sorry that you are having these problems. Contact Acer in your area and show them your purchase receipt and tell them that when you go to register your product it says that “Sorry, we are unable to locate this serial number. IT SHOWS DURING PRODUCT REGISTRATION” as the online registrations have had some problems and you will have to do it officially through Acer in your area with all the original 29th Jan 2022 purchase proof that you have and official documents of registration and warranty from Acer.

    Is it a brand new or refurbished unit.
