Aspire5 Zoom app saying another app using camera...

New Aspire5 running Windows 11. Zoom video won't work. There are no other apps running. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. I've fallen into a rabbit hole of firewall issues (?) but then told that Norton is running that and I can't adjust or figure out how to get into Norton to adjust that. Yikes. Any ideas? Never had trouble like this with my previous 6-year old Acer :)

    @NM1969 you can uninstall Norton to see if the issue with firewall is solved.
