Yes it should support up to 2TB m.2 SATA or NVME card. Both should run at SATA speeds. I recommend WesternDigital blue series for this laptop. 1TB size seems to be best deal  right now.

    1. WHY BOTH should run at SATA speeds?
    2.  NVME Interface key is available on the motherboard so why run at SATA speed ?
    3.  Is any possible to run at nvme speed?

    1) The 2.5" HDD/SSD socket supports SATA3 speeds. Then m.2 NVME socket supports up to twice SATA3 speeds.
    (2) The m.2 NVME card M-key socket should support both m.2 SATA card at SATA3 speeds and m.2 NVME card at up to twice SATA3 speeds
    (3) NVME card will run at up to twice 2X SATA3 speeds but not 4X SATA3 speeds

The Western Digital blue series is perfect for your machine.
