After a recent update, it's no longer possible to change screen brightness. I've tried loading drivers from the Acer support page but it didn't work. Any suggestions?  My previous post was deleted.

That’s impossible as the Spin SP315-51 came with Win-10 64bit as an OEM OS, try to uninstall the Intel Graphics driver and install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and run that as that will update all your Spin SP315-51 Intel drivers including the intel graphics driver to the latest drivers/ otherwise there could be something wrong with your Led screen that needs checking as it could be a cable that has broken due to wear etc so get that checked out as screen brightness controls don’t go off because of software issues its mainly hardware issues.

    Hi @mbf,

Is there any damage on the keyboard. How many keys are not working ?

All keys are working. I'm pretty sure it's a driver issue.

Have you tried both the F keys and Fn-F keys?

It was a driver issue and has been resolved.  Thank you.
