Yes and its very unfortunate that these very expensive GPU cards today are not built to the quality that they were before. It’s very common that these cards go wrong, an example is the huge load that certain expert technicians that repair these cards have and how many they have in for repairs and are also not fixable.

As an example look at Alex from NorthridgeFix who is one of the best technicians around when he repairs an “MSI GTX 1080 Graphics Card Repair - No Power Not detected” which is pretty much the same card as your GTX-1060Ti but have a look at the many components that can go wrong (as allot of components are not available to buy) and/or distributed by these manufacturers and most technicians need to have donor boards to get parts as Manufacturers do not fix these cards in their service departments. These expensive video card once they burn out or are not working you might as well use $1500 to over $3000 stack of notes as a paper weight as they are useless, as allot of these graphic cards and even the new RTX cards are not fixable and are riddled with problems of power circuitry issues, burnt out GPU’s, memory and inferior circuitry components. Your only option is to try and get it fixed by an experienced technician that has parts for your GTX-1060Ti in your area.
