ASPIRE A615-42g my front 3.5mm jack is only detecting my output audio and not the mic

i have tried everything , i reinstalled the drivers , i reset the whole laptop . i checked it with diff headphones and my realtk audio app is not opening and the realtk audio app says it cant connect to rpc service

    It might help if you could reveal your full ACER model number. For example, A515-54G? Or Aspire 7730? There are hundreds of laptop, desktop and tablet models. It's hard to guess which one you have.

    RPC service errors usually mean that Realtek universal audio service (or other related audio services) are not enabled on start up.

    Go to task manager and look at all the audio services and enable them on start up.

    no its not showing in task manager

    (1) Please check model number again. I can't find this model listed.
    (2) What Windows version are you using? Win10? Win11?
