Hello,
today while I was in the middle of a gaming session on my Predator Helios 300, I noticed that everything was running slow. I closed out my game and opened task manager just to see that my Cpu (i7 11800h) was running at 0.18 GHz, and it was capped at that. It wouldn’t change even after multiple restarts. I tried to open the bios but it wouldn’t let me open any settings (for example when I would hit f1 it wouldn’t open the advanced settings). How do I fix this?

Getting into Advanced mode will do nothing as you can't change the CPU frequencies in there, all BIOS settings are as follows and the following:

Main - Use this tab to set the system time and date, enable or disable boot options, and select graphic mode.

    Advanced

Use this tab to enable Virtualization Technology in BIOS and configure Graphic mode*

Security - Use this tab to safeguard and protect the computer from unauthorized use.

Boot - Use this tab to set the preferred drive sequence in which the Setup Utility attempts to boot the operating system. By default, the computer searches for boot devices in the following order:

Try first to go into Exit "Load setup defaults" and reboot and see if it fixes the CPU frequencies if not and you don't have the latest BIOS update to the last BIOS. Try these two steps first and make sure that you do the BIOS update to Acer safety guides always.
