Acer Aspire 5 resetting the laptop

I am having an issue with the Acer aspire 5 I purchased online. After setting it up the main screen has a Toshiba background from my previous laptop. I have tried resetting the laptop but I am still having the same issue.

    I believe your Toshiba backgroung  of your previous laptop is from cloud. If you use Microsoft Account to login , Microsoft will try to synchronize your previous settings/contents from the cloud.

    You want to change desktop settings in Windows for a new background.
