I attempted to remove Chrome OS replace it with a install of
Linux Mint on my Acer Chromebook R11(14324.62.0) Chromebook. I successfully went through the Linux Mint setup and installed Linux Mint using this
YouTube tutorial (this tutorial uses Ubuntu btw, they are not much different).
I was successful in removing Chrome OS and going through the Linux installation and once the installation was finished I restarted the computer and was met with this error page. Now every time I try to boot up the computer I'm either met with "Chrome OS is missing or damaged. Please insert a recovery USB stick or SD card." or "OS verification is OFF".

I created a Chromebook recovery tool using
Chromebook Recovery Utility and when plugging in the usb the chromebook doesnt recognize it or boot to it at all. I attempted to boot into the BIOS too and still was met with "Chrome OS is missing or damaged. Please insert a recovery USB stick or SD card.".
Heres some other information I gathered (Even with the USB plugged in the dev_boot_usb is still 0 btw):
