MY HELIOS 300 overheating problem

I bought my helios 300 in summer of 2020 and I never had any real problems apart from a little overheating, I started using throttlestop and it got fixed...
But in these last couple of weeks my laptop has been so louuuuuuud on the start up, for like first 5 min, I found out that the temperature of the system so not CPU nor GPU is like 20C on startup, I dont think that is normal, I guess it is too low, is that the possible cause of the loudness? It is not only loud but like it is vibrating if you know what i mean it is really annoying and I am scared that it might damage my laptop

MAybe try increasing the voltage a little bit and maybe lowering the fans but **** thats cold, or maybe its just incorrect data and maybe your fan is on steroids

Yeah, I dont know, but im just scared if it can harm my PC in any way, when I hear the loud sound on startup im like oh no it is gonna crash and break
