I always suggest people to upgrade RAM to the same spec. of the original RAM. Make sure you have an available slot for the extra RAM first. If you have the CPU-Z program, you can check out the spec easily.

You can buy any 2 TB M.2 NVMe SSD that you want, only the matter of preference. If you want name brands you can try SS 970 EVO, SS 970 EVO Pro or SS 980, WD SN 750 Black, SK Hynix gold P31...etc. If you want lower price, you can try Silicon Power A80.

These are all high end drives with 3,400 MB/s read. I have most of these drives and happy about them.

In additional, there are so many other manufacturers such as Crucial, Kingston, Sabrent, Inland, PNY, Gigabyte, Seagate, Team Group, Adata...etc., enough to confuse you.

If I may also add to what ttttt has advised you and that is for you to use the “Crucial System Scanner that will give you a good guide to all the RAM and SSD spec upgrades that Crucial makes and is compatible with your laptop and after that you can choose whatever brand that you wish and can afford to use.
