The key board is not working reinstalling win10. Mice is working
The bios is the newest version 1.04.
I can enter bios by pressing F2 and the keyboard works well in bios and the mice is working well in windows 10.
Any known solutions for this problem, thanks.

  • Just to test keyboard in bios: does the keyboard work when you enter a password in the bios setsupervisorpassword? Do not save the password. It's just a test.
If the keyboard works in the bios, check the device manager for any problem drivers.

    Hi @Faduv,

The keyboard working in BIOS but not in Windows issue can occur due to a driver glitch or system file corruption. Try updating the relevant drivers, disabling the sensor devices, and performing a system restore to fix the problem.

Easiest is to just delete the keyboard drivers in Device Manager, then reboot to force a reinstall. As suggested the drivers likely are corrupted.
