Swift X microphone mute button not working

How to set the microphone mute button in the keyboard (F12) so I can mute the microphone by touching the button, It was since the beginning when I have joined a meeting, I tried to mute the microphone through this button but nothing, microphone flash indication is there but not mute indication.

    @bayukrist73 you can try update the Audio driver by going to the Acer support page and put your model number in.

    Are you trying F12 or Fn-F12?

    I updated the Audio driver but no effect. I try both F12 and Fn+F12.

    Perhaps the mute function in the app you are using uses a different key press combo? Are you in Zoom, Teams or something else?
