Hi, I have an Acer ConceptD 3 Ezel (CC314-72G). I started having an issue with Thunderbolt 3 docks recently (I'm only a month out of warrantee UGHHHH.)
Whatever Thunderbolt 3 dock I try that supports dual video (and the my monitor configuration,) only shows ONE monitor at a time, (whichever I plug in first.) This is contradictory to what product descriptions and product reviews say, I even found several reviews where my exact monitor setup works for them. Everything is up-to-date, bios, firmware, drivers, etc.
This is the dock I use: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L6L26H9

Is there some kind of problem with the Thunderbolt 3 firmware/drivers? Or is my hardware defective (and since I'm out of warrantee, that means I'm screwed and shouldn't buy Acer products anymore.)

Can I get anyone from Acer to help?? I talked to support over the phone, they have no clue what the problem is.
