I am using Acer Nitro QG221Q monitor, which I bought only 18 days ago.

Everything else on the monitor is very good, but the problem I am facing is that whenever I watch a video of something moving, let's say there is a fast movement of the camera, or even a person walking fast, then the picture becomes a bit blurry or fuzzy. I can see this problem even while watching movies on YouTube.

I have tried ACM On and Off. Gamma is on 2.2, OvarDrive is Normal, VRB is Off.  FreeSync is Off because maybe it will not be on at 60 refresh rate. Wide Mode is in Full, DDC/Ci is On.

I use the Gigabyte H310M S2 2.0 (Intel H310) motherboard, which has Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 610 (CFL GT1). The monitor is running on VGA, because that's all I have on my motherboard.

I use Ubuntu and there is no Monitor Driver or Widget for Linux from Acer.

Any suggestions in this regard would be appreciated.
