Installing R5 3600 on Nitro 50 -120 ()

I just recently bought a Acer Nitro N50-120 with a 5600x. I have taken the 5600x out for another built of mine. Since I have an extra r5 3600 lying around, so I installed the CPU onto the Acer B550a board hoping it would work. The board is able to recognize the chip, and it showed r5 3600. However, I was stuck at "ACER" logo and can't get into window. There's one time where they show 'cmos checksum error or cmos battery loss occurs'. I have updated the bios to version R01-A2, but the problem still persist.

I'm just wondering whether this motherboard only supports 5600g, 5700g and 5600x. Or is there any ways for Ryzen 3000 to run on this motherboard.

Should be compatible. May have issues with handling RAM modules. Can you test with less RAM?
