Predator Helios 300: Wireless Capability is turned off, how to turn it back on?

It's not my wifi's problem because my phone uses it and it's working fine. There's something wrong with the wireless network on my laptop, it restarted itself and suddenly no connection. When I troubleshooted it, says wireless capability is turned off. I tried many solutions online and none of them work, even the fn+wireless only turned on the airplane mode instead of wifi. I had also recently updated my windows to 11 a week ago.

Please help me find the problem and solution asap as I will need my laptop for my classes, thank you!

@ayexmi can you try to open device manager and give me the screenshot of network adapter section?

First reboot the laptop and after login press the F3 key continuously until the wifi comes on to reinstate the wifi, it that does not work (as it should) completely uninstall the drivers and reinstall to the latest Intel driver for the AC-9650 as this wifi/bt card is known to be problematic. Otherwise there could be something wrong with the actual wifi/bt card so check that its seated correctly and take it out clean its pins and the socket and reinstall the card and try to see if it works, if you still have problems then replace card. Also make sure that your laptop has all its Intel drivers up to date and use the “Intel® Driver & Support Assistant” and also make sure that windows is also up to date.

    Hi @ayexmi,

    1. Click the Windows button -> Settings -> Network & Internet.
    2. Select Wi-Fi.
    3. Slide Wi-Fi On, then available networks will be listed. Click Connect. Disable/Enable WiFi.
