Lately I have a problem were Predator Helios 300 PH315-52 gets to temperatures of 60°C to 79°C without running any game.
I recently repasted it and is already undervolted, I'm just wondering if anyone got this same issue and if Windows 11 could have any to do with it.

    Hi @Manatipowa,

Try to undervolt your CPU using XTU. But do it at your own risk. The best procedure is to go one increment at a time and run a stress test of minimum 10 mins after each increment.

    1. Turn you fan to Max rpm for better cooling.
    2. Try not to play on bed or any surface like that. ...
    3. Try not to overclock your GPU because you will get little bump in performance like 2–4fps but the heat output will be very high.
    4. Try to undervolt your CPU.

Already undervolted, I play on top of a cooling pad (which honestly only makes it more worrying), I dont overclock and I cant have my fan at max RPM because of the noise it makes.

    Hi @Manatipowa,

It looks like hardware issue. Contact acer tech support,

OR book the unit for repair service,

You can, although the repair will be charged to you.

As I said, they will repair a laptop out of warranty, but will charge you for the work. They often have a flat rate for repairs that can help if your issue is something catastrophic, and the services are different in different countries.
