blue screen issue Nitro 5 AN515-55

Hello Everyone ,i keep getting a blue screen that reads the following 'VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR' I've tried to get in contact with support for days now but nothing so i was wondering if anyone knows what i can do about this screen?

    Stab in the dark guess is it one with Iris XE graphics?

    humm, what driver versions do you have installed for the intel and nvidia graphics card?

    The "VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR" could be the result of an outdated Windows system, first make sure that Windows 10 or 11 is up to date. To fix this, visit the Settings app and update your PC to the latest version: Make sure you’re connected to the internet. Press Windows Key + I to open the Settings app. Click Update & Security on the Settings window. Also update the NVIDIA GTX-1650 driver to the last version 511.23 WHQL dated 145/01/2022 or if that doesn’t fix it then follow this guide “Top Fixes on "Video_Dxgkrnl_Fatal_Error" in Windows 10
