Few days ago I have shifted to Windows 11 in my Acer Aspire A515-51G-59AT. One day my laptop started to showing 'can not connect with internet', while my other devices (my smartphone, even my windows 11 running Surface Pro 7 plus) can connect with the same router. I have tried some solutions from youtube, did not worked. I have to then reset the PC and the wifi started to work again. Last night, I the problem started again. I tried resetting network, reinstalling drivers, resetting the DNS and IP, nothing worked.

Is there any way to solve the problem without resetting the windows? I am currently going under serious workload and It will be frustrating to reinstall every single software.

Kindly go through the details from the link given below

    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7244?b=1

click on the drop down menu below operating system.   I am able to see the drivers only for Windows 10  64 bit.    I am not able to see the drivers for windows 11.    For time being I suggest you to  go back to windows 10 and use it till Acer provides drivers for Windows 11.

click on Drivers -  Tried to install the wirlesss network drivers which was designed for windows 10.    Check whether it is working on Windows 11.

Before installing the wireless driver - Try windows + x - go to device manager - expand network adapter -  Right click on wireless driver - click on uninstall
Please dont restart the computer.    Now click on Drivers on the link specified above -  Tried to install the wirlesss network drivers which was designed for windows 10.    Check whether it is working on Windows 11.

Once the drivers are installed - Try windows + r - on run - type ncpa.cpl - right click on wireless - click on connect - Try to connect to wifi and check.

If it is still not working, for time being I suggest you to  go back to windows 10 and use it till Acer provides drivers for Windows 11.

    Hi @Shuvosrs,

It's better to contact your ISP tech support.

Until your model is listed on the ACER Win11 compatibility chart , you should not try to run Win11 on this laptop. If you want to try it anyway and have ethernet wired internet access via your router, try downloading and installing either DriverBooster or DriverPack freeware to see if they can pick up a Win11 compatible wifi on line.
