There should be a single M2 NVME slot according to the service guide, just next to the RAM slot:

    JSSD1 M.2 SSD connector   : • M.2 SSD (PCIe) Gen3 x 4

I could not find much info about your laptop, as it may be one for the Russian region only.

    Found something for  A315-58-5809.

    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.ADDAA.004

Your laptop having a different sub-model number, so the hardware configuration will be different from this 5809 sub-model but should not be too different.

However, I am reasonably sure that your laptop can use PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 NVme SSD, based on it is a modern laptop using 11th generation Intel i5-1135G7 CPU.

Yes, replacing the 1 TB HDD with a M.2 NVMe SSD as the boot drive will make it a great laptop. Just do not know why Acer will still put a traditional 1 TB  mechanical HDD to the laptop instead of putting a 500GB ( or just 256 GB ) M.2 NVMe SSD. The cost should be very close, with the 500 GB NVMe SSD just slightly higher, but the performace is like 30 times different.

As a user, you can open the back of the laptop by unscrewing about 10 screws and can take a picture of the motherboard to confirm if an unused M.2 slot is available. Please take a close up picture of the M.2 slot at the connector and attach here.

I'll advise getting a high end PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 NVMe SSD (such as SS 970 EVO Pro, SS 980, SK Hynix Gold P31, WD SN 750 Black, Silicon Power A80...etc. with form factor 2280, they all have seq. read of 3,400 MB/s. It is almost a MUST ! The 1TB HDD will drag your feet in performance.

Don't forget to get a thin heat sink that with fit inside the laptop (thick ones may not fit in). I use a copper material heat sink for my laptop.
