Nitro AN515-45 wifi problem

Hi, a few days ago I bought a gaming laptop Acer Nitro 5. The problem occurred when I first turned on the laptop and did not want to log on to wifi, I enter the password and the laptop does not connect. However, it is interesting that the hotspot on the mobile is not a problem and the laptop can connect to it. So I tried all the updates that were available in the Windows update, I even tried to update to Windows 11 but none of that helped. I tried to look at various instructions on the Internet and even they did not bring any results, in short I can not connect to any wifi, neither to my home, nor to public wifi, just to none but to the hotspot in the mobile yes ... It totally disappointed me, because I'm thinking of looking at the laptop at the service, but I'm still trying to ask the community, because you will definitely know  :) Thanks in advance for your answers  :3

    Try windows x
Go to device manager - Go to Network adapter.  Expand it
Uninstall the wireless driver from device manager.
Restart the computer.  Try to connect to wireless.  It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the wireless driver from device manager
    Dont restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers
    Install the wireless driver

Try to connect to wireless.  It should work fine..

I tried both options, even restarting to factory settings, and that didn't solve the problem :(
