Acer Aspire ES-432 stuck on logo

Hey guys,

I don't know how to fix my old laptop: Acer Aspire ES-432 series. I don't know the exact model.

It is stuck on Acer logo. No loading. Nothing.

Tried recommended solutions online but were to no avail. Also tried to reinstall OS but it won't boot the USB up.

I'd be so glad if you can help me with this.

Thank you!

Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off. Then press and hold the F2 key. While still holding the F2 key, turn the machine on. The BIOS menu should appear. Press F9 to load defaults. Then press F10 to save settings and exit. It should now boot normally.

    OK.
    (1) Go to the Security tab. Set & save a supervisor password. Don't forget it!
    (2) Press F10 to save password and exit the BIOS menu.
    (3) Shut machine down again. Then re-enter the BIOS menu with the password
    (4) In the Main tab, enable the F12 boot option.
    (5) In the Boot tab, disable secure boot
    (6) Press F10 to save settings and exit.
    (7) Shut the machine down again.
    (8) Then turn the machine on again and IMMEDIATELY press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key.
    (9) A reset screen should appear. Choose troubleshooting and either reset the machine while trying to save your personal files or a full erase everything factory reset.

    (1) Did you purchase this machine with factory-installed Windows 10?
    (2) Have you tried to change Windows 10?
    (3) Did this problem happen suddenly for no apparent reason?
