Sound volume on Predator Triton 900 very low

Hi, all

New to the forum, but not to Acers - I have had several, one of which is my Predator Triton 900. I absolutely love this laptop but for one niggling little thing that I cannot figure out which is volume control. No matter what changes I make, the volume is so low as to almost be unheard.  If I use speakers, either plug in or bluetooth, sound is awesome. But without, I'm looking for my hearing aids of which I don't have any to use. I've mucked around in the windows settings applet, I've mucked around in the Wave MaxxAudio software, and I'm about to dive into the Geforce software to see if there is anything there. Any help would be appreciated.

I did see the thread on the Helios - don't remember the model, but I did try a few things there such as turning off limited output which was already turned off.

thanks in advance

Try to increase the volume by using volume mixer...

Kindly go through the details from the link

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/84119-adjust-volume-level-individual-devices-apps-windows-10-a.html

    Try windows x
Go to device manager - Go to sound video and game controllers.  Expand it
Uninstall the sound driver from device manager.  Please uninstall all the items below the sound video and game controllers.
Restart the computer.  It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the sound driver from device manager
