Predator Sense Application NOT WORKING - Predator PO3-620

Hello guys,

Recently the PredatorSense app is not working for me anymore. It does still show the usual startup screen but it doesn't open the main application after that. I also can see the processes are still being run int he background.

I've tried repairing the app through the windows settings and reinstalling through windows, both didn't work.

I've also downloaded and unpacked the software directly from the acer site for my model (Predator PO3-620) and installed the app from  there with the setup.exe file and the appxbundle. Unfortunately, both of these also didn't work.

I'm currently stuck now as to how to approach any further. I hope anyone has come across this, or a similar issue before and can help me. Thanks.

Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue.. 

Try windows x
click on power shell admin or command prompt admin 
type rstrui
chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine  
click on next, finish, yes
It will restore your computer to an earlier date 
if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close 
It will show you all the icons..

Try and check whether it is working now ..

If it is not working.. 

Try windows + r 
go to appwiz.cpl
it will show you the list of programs
completely uninstall the predator sense software and then try to install it from acer website..
