I have Nitro 5 AN515-45 it's running windows 11, within a few months of getting this laptop (july '21). at some point recently (i'm unsure exactly when this started because it's generally plugged in all the time unless I'm swapping rooms or something), when i unplug the power cable the machine just switches off. The battery shows as fully charged, shows up in my Device manager tab, says it's up to date drivers (on both power supply and battery entries). I have removed the device and reinstalled the driver using windows, I have used windows reinstall (losing all my game data

). I have turned off the system and unplugged it, held power button for a slow count of 60 then left it alone for an hour, reset BIOS to default and pulled half my hair out!
Are there any other fixes i can try? My tech support messages only suggested i send the laptop in to be rectified (and windows reinstallation). I'd really rather not be without the machine for a week or two because of what is most likely just a software update causing a conflict. I have looked through BIOS downloads in the software section, but nothing jumps out as a fix and i don't know enough to confidently just download BIOS settings that maybe wrong.
Thanks in advance!
