What to do when "purchased date should not be newer than today" keeps on popping up?

Greetings. I would like to ask what to do as my upon registration, it keeps on insisting that the purchased date should not be newer than today when in fact, I had placed the correct date of purchase, which is not today. I tried doing it the last time and when I registered today, I only got the same response. Thank you.

    Had same thing happen. Had to move purchase date a day backward from day received - same day). until it took, think about three days before worked. Frankly think the computers are fine but support is less than whelming. For examples where the big print says 4GB and the small print says 8GB (actually arrived with 8 GB). Or SSD which talk about "free cloning and backup software" - needful, but nowhere says where to get it. Is like having to find an Easter egg. Response to an error is "go away and hide".
    Is easy to find and fix, they just don't.
