Laptop Resetted: Windows 10 Installation Error on A515-51G-50GG

I am wondering if anyone can help me, I reset my laptop as it was super slow, could hardly do anything on it. So I reset it to factory settings and Windows 10 was going to reinstall. I left it over night and the next morning I woke up to this error. When I press ok it restarts and the same error occurs.
I've looked online and tried to go in safe mode and it does nothing.

Press and hold the power till the machine shuts off. Then unplug the charger. Press a paperclip into the reset pinhole on the bottom for about a minute. Plug the charger back in and wait till the battery charger LED turns from steady orange to steady blue. Then try to turn it on again.

If still the same result, then you should try an ALT+F10 cold boot factory reset. Google search ALT F10 Acer for instructions.
