Why is the screen glitching out? (Extensa 15-52)

There's been an issue with my screen that I can't explain. The only thing I know is that when zooming in, it glitches out. The taskbar flickers and the screen flickers. A black thick line then scrolls down the screen. I experienced it a few weeks ago when downloading Windows 11 but just saw it as an issue with the OS but when downgrading back to Windows 10. It still happens. Is this a hardware screen issue or a software issue?

The Computer I use is Extensa 15-52, Intel Core i3-1005G1 CPU.

    Note: I can't edit but It's supposed to be 215. Not 15.

What application is running? It's much more likely to be software than hardware.

Does not look like a screen problem. Maybe a driver issue. Download and install manually the driver from Acer.
