So, I spilt Tea on my keyboard. It works fine but keys are having a hard time popping up quickly. (Space bar and shift especially) I would like to know how to fix this, or get the keys to feel and work properly. (they work fine, but just don't come back up as quick as before the accident)

Likely there was sugar in the tea, and that is what is making everything sticky. It is often possible to wash the keyboard after removal from the system, but that is complicated by the design, the keyboard is embedded into the top case half. If you remove the top case half, which is really removing everything from the top case half, you could use clean warm water to dissolve the sugar residue, then something like a hair dryer to remove the water, followed by an overnight stay with something hygroscopic to absorb any residual moisture before reassembly. Not a job for the faint of heart...

Get some "Electronic Circuit Board Cleaner Spray Can" and spray it over all over the keyboard and get a cotton bud and try to clean between the keys, do this a few times until the sticky keys free themselves. Otherwise you will have to uninstall the keyboard and do the same thing and also spary the keyboard from underneath the keyboard also.
