My Swift 5 (Model# SF515-51T) has broken hinge of two regular keys (A and S keys). It is out of 1 year Acer Warranty but still covered by extended warranty from credit card. I can't find the particular replacement key (AC219 key) for this model from anywhere else or even from Capital Data ( out-of warranty service for Acer) probably because the model is so new. Can I order the parts directly from Acer or get a written estimate to replace the keys? The insurance company needs written quote to approve the claim.

Phone your support in your area and ask if you can get a quote for these parts and fitting by Acer and tell them your situation and if they can send you an official email quote? Or look at your Acer Spare Parts / Accessories (this link is for my area Australia) for these parts but and if you are insured, its best that you get a professional tech to replace the laptops hinges and keyboard as replacing keys is not something that Acer supplies. Acer only quotes part nubers for a Upper Case/Keyboard cover assemblies (see below) as a one unit, also, there are different colours for your laptop Upperb Case/Keyboard  like Blue or Silver in many languages.

    Hinges

    Upper Case/Keyboard
    Blue

    Silver

Thank you for great information. I have some questions if you don't mind my asking:

    1. My Swift 5 (SF515-51T) is dark blue. So I just need upper case assembly (6B.H69N5.001).  I do NOT need new pair of  hinges (connecting monitor) to replace keyboard.

    2. Does the case assembly come with touch pad, or I have to transfer it from old case? I notice that touchpad can NOT be removed from the case assembly in Swift 3 from YouTube  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3TedeNxJuU).

    3. Could you display full image of this particular upper case assembly because I want to know if it comes with touch pad.

    Thank you again.

Note that is a different part number for each locale with the keyboards, so we need to be sure of your locale. The two he posted are for US English and UK English. They don't sell individual keys, only the full keyboard. He has trimmed the image itself down, the full image shows the full top case with keyboard installed and no touch pad. You will have to transfer the touchpad to the new upper case. The touch pad has a couple of rubber sticky bumpers and some silver tape covering four screws to take it off.
