Software or hardware issue? - PH315-53

I have this weird thing happening to my Predator Laptop.
Sometimes, it suddenly types a certain character infinitely. It cannot be stopped. Like when you click the cursor to a space where you can type in text.
I had times when it suddenly just types in the characters "f", or "c", or space. Just one random character infinitely.
The only way to stop it is to restart the laptop.
Does anyone have experience with this issue?

Thank you!

It’s your keyboard keys that are sticky, get some electronic cleaning spry and try to loosen up these keys, if it doesn’t work then your keys are damaged so replace the keyboard. Undoing keys on the keyboard could damage your keys and you won’t be able to reassemble them so be careful as pars are not readily available for this laptops keys. Btw, the same happened to me and I had to replace the keyboard.

    Hi @EightD,

    # Try to update the keyboard driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option keyboard driver.
    4. Under the title keyboard driver.
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title keyboard  driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.
