Acer nitro 5 Black screen, fans spin then stop, when fn and esc keys are held down fans spin fast

So my had a problem with windows update I decided to take it apart and just reinstall windows into the ssd after doing so my device no longer posts

I'm not sure what I did let me list the things I have done to try and trouble shoot this

1 checked all ribbons on device snuggly on(at first thought it was a short)

2 I checked each component that I could ssd hdd and ram, all working on other devices

3 checked with a multimeter if power was going to the motherboard it came out fine

4 booted on pc without ram to try and see post code nothing happens

5 I held fn and esc and found that the laptop does turn on but with a black screen when I connect power connector it makes a beep indicating to me that the motherboard isn't dead

Please help I have no clue what I did wrong, I think it might be a bios issue but I don't see why that would be the case.

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
3. You will be in setup utility page.
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself.
